今回もなんだか意味不明の事件をやっぱり鈍く鈍く解明（？）してくれる
チャボ隊長からのスクープです。やや難解です。
はっきり言って英語ではもちろん日本語でも説明できません。byへんしゅうちょう

This is an old TV drama from 80's in Japan titled " ponytail won't turn her face."
I guess the Chabo-leader want to remind Japanese people to have 80's spirit or something...
