Incident Reporter- Chabo

This issue's Chabo is about to answer an enigma from the last issue; "Why are those shoes hanging on telephone wire?" whooooo!

What are these shoes that you have seen that hanging from wires all around town?

Did someone forget their favorite pair of sneakers on the telephone wire? Well, to this reporter the answer is simple. A lot of people especially students in U.A. have a tendency to want to leave a part of them behind when they move away to different places from their familiar town. Didn't you engrave for marking on your desk in the class room on the eve of your graduation? That's the same principles. A sort of marker to say "Oh, yes! indeed! I have been here before." It doesn't matter to be said so... that is for testimony of my old habitat. The shoes do not represent any kind of gang territory like some might think or even to test the durability of the wires they may sit upon. Represents a part of someone who may one day come back to the spot of their shoes marker and be able to tell their girlfriend or boyfriend that those shoes belonged to them. "Yes of course, those shoes once belonged to me indeed.." That's just like a ceremony for appearance sake.
